Times Tables Rock Stars
To help support their learning of their multiplication tables, Year 3 and 4 have access to this excellent resource so that they can recall these facts quickly and accurately. Learning of multiplication tables is fundamental in order to progress through the maths curriculum, especially in years 5 and 6. Click TTRS for a short cut to the website.
At the end of year 4, children will be required to complete an online assessment to check their multiplication facts knowledge - a statutory requirement from 2020. This website (timestables.co.uk - click for link) is an example of how these tests will look for pupils.
Beat The Clock
Every half term, pupils will complete a different Beat The Clock sheet, answering 100 questions in 10 minutes.
